Hey everyone! my name's Mia and I live in Australia. I turn 16 on the 3rd of January. I also have a wonderful boyriend that I call Lukey, we have been going out for over a year now and our anniversary is the 22nd of July 2012. If you would like to see what I look like go here.

I'm in year 9 at highschool. My dream job would be acting but unfortunately since I can't act to save my life, that is very unrealistic so my next preferance would be either a police women, a lawyer or a psychologist.
When I finish year 12 I'm thinking about doing university in a different country, like England. I feel like it would be interesting and a wonderful experience and it would be good to get out and see other parts of the world.

I love animals, especially cats. I have 2 fish (yet to be named) and 3 cats, Max, Holly & Coco. I love all my pets so much and idk I've kinda always wanted to have my own little farm with a bunch of animals and lots of cats it would be so cool.

Here are some tips to gain followers! I often get questions asking for tips and advice on how to gain followers so I thought I'd make a page. I gain about 50 - 200 followers a day depending on how active I am.

Have a nice url
Try to create a url that is short and easy to remember, anything too long or with more than 1 hypen (-) is usually too hard to remember and people won't re-vist your blog. Also, try to make your url match your blog style. For example if you're a rosy blog you could have the word rosy, floral, pink ect in your url, in a way your url implies what your blog is.

Have a nice, easy to use theme
Don't have a messy theme with clashing colours or flashing lights, it's un-easy on the eyes and people will most likely click off of your blog straight away. Also make sure your theme is easy to use and navigate through or else people will get confused.

Be active
Always have a queue set up so that you can stay active when you're out or asleep. The queue link is on the side of your dashboard in your settings section, change the times to whenever you need to set up your queue.

Stick to one blog style
If you stick to one blog style it makes it easier for you to find blogs to follow and vice versa. Sometimes having two blog styles can work aswell, for example rosy/bubblegum or modern/fresh.

Ask people to check out your blog
This is a great way to get your blog noticed more but make sure you are already following them and read their frequently asked questions (FAQ) first, as some people want you to tag a post. Also use manners and compliment their blog, it comes off as nice and sometimes people might even follow you back just because of that.

Never ever ask anyone to follow you back.
Just dont.

Have an 'me' or 'about me' page.
Personally I love reading 'me' pages, it gives me something to do and tells me a little more about the people I'm reblogging from. It gives you insight into what the person is really like.

Join networks
Joining networks helps you make followers and friends, it's a great way to get to know a lot of people and they can all help you reach your goals and do promos, but networks are more of a social place where you can show people what your personality is really like.

I'm not going to go into too much detail about this but the reason i have s/d/a (read backwards) is...

My mum hasn't been able to work much recently and is short on money, we're not sure how long things are going to be like this but i would like to have some money saved up incase she needs it.
I also am currently 15 and i know that it's 3+ years away but i want to start saving for a car and possibly even a deposit on a house for when i decide to move out, i don't want to have to rely on my mum for money when i am older.
